Cancellation Policy

Due to the unpredictable nature of birth work, seminar registrants often need to defer or switch seminars.  In these situations, the deposit will “roll” forward to a future seminar with no financial penalty to the seminar attendee.  Canceling with more than two weeks notice entitles the seminar attendee to a refund of  payment (less the processing fees from the original form of payment).  If you cancel with less than 7 days notice prior to the scheduled seminar date without a request to reschedule, there will be no refund.
